The services of the Essex County Clerk’s Outreach Program willbe offered from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the CaldwellCommunity Center, 1 Provost Square in Caldwell, and 9 a.m. to noonSaturday, Feb. 25, at the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 ClintonRoad in West Caldwell.

Photos may be taken on site for $10. No senior cards will beissued.

The county clerk’s office notes that all applicants, includingminors, must appear in person to obtain a United Statespassport.

Applicants should arrive at least one-half hour beforeclosing.

Documents Required

For identification, passport applicants must bring an original orcertified copy of their birth certificate with raised seal and dateof filing from city or state of birth, or original naturalizationcertificate or a previous U.S. passport, as well as a driver’slicense, governmental ID card or a previous U.S. passport not morethan 15 years old.
